DREAM DICTIONARY - Paralysed :

Feeling paralysed may suggest that you suffered from a sleep disorder called sleep paralysis.

Alternatively it may show that in some way you lost control yesterday. Maybe you froze and were unable to think rationally? Maybe something unexpected happened and you really did not know what to do? Maybe you just simply do not know what to do? Are you stuck in a difficult situation without any options?

Maybe you suffer from terrible nerves and phobias? Were you stuck in a situation yesterday where you felt really out of your depth?

Example dream : The dreamer felt unable to avoid situations which caused him to panic. Therefore paralysis represented the inability to react to a situation which caused him extreme stress. See also how its possible to translate this symbol ("paralysis") into a day to day phrase, in this case "unable to react" and even better simply the word "phobia" and we see how the dream could link to this exact thought "I am struggling badly with my phobias. I just cannot do anything at the moment." In this way we can translate a dream which seems quite unusual and difficult to relate to into a meaningful feeling which pinpoints a key emotion right now.
Example dream : A paralysed dream represented the dreamers very depressed state and his own lack of options.
