DREAM DICTIONARY - Immobilize :

The symbolism of any dream may link to any situation or any emotion that you can connect in any way to the dream symbol. How might you use the word immobilise? Immobilising brings to mind something huge and out of control which has to be stopped. So your mind might be saying "that the situation was getting out of control until..." Its easy to imagine a criminal who needs to be immobilised or a rapist who was immobilised. Its the kind of word a policeman may use or some official in a report eg "the suspect was heading west when I apprehended him and immobilised him". That maybe a clue to its meaning.

KEY WORDS : stop him, something getting out of hand preventing something, a madman, feeling paralysed, disarming, stopping someone with minimum force and fuss, why have they stopped! (write down some quotes that capture your key feelings on issues that have been dominating your mind. Then see if any of these words could appear in those quotes. )
