Look at the list below for clues on what this dream could mean.

KEY WORDS and PHRASES :
- "this tension will not go away"

Dreams make associations. Think of anything that comes to mind when read through the list of word associations above. Dreams will especially link to recent thoughts and moods. Dreams will translate into conscious thoughts - the type of thing you would write down in a diary.

EXAMPLE DREAMS

Example dream : A dream where rats are everywhere linked to the dreamers thoughts about getting back together with her boyfriend who was suffering from depression. Rats everywhere symbolised her realisation she would not be able to get away from his depressive moods and would be dragged into a spiral of negativity.
Example dream : A dream where there were frogs everywhere linked to the dreamer suffering from depression. The frogs (slimy, unpleasant and unwanted) seem to be a symbol for the depression. The fact that the frogs are everywhere seems to also hint at this meaning. This seems to mirror real life where the depression was "everywhere". One main feature of depression is your inability to escape it. Whatever you do and whereever you go you still cannot rid yourself of the negative feelings.
