DREAM DICTIONARY - Confuse :

Read through the keywords below and try to see how they link to feelings in your mind right now. Think especially of your moods, feelings about relationships and also thoughts about specific issues from yesterday.

EXAMPLE DREAMS

Example dream : A dream where the dreamer is confused was linked to her mental health problems. Just recently there had been talk that the help she received from social services for her mental health problems was to be withdrawn. The dream explored this type of thought "They are going to take away the help I get from social services. But I know I have mental health problems. I am always confused and anxious and this is all because of my condition."
Example dream : A dream in which the dreamer was confused linked to his need to sort out his life - he was getting into a lot of self destructive behaviour. The dreamer realised that he had a problem. Confusion in his dream was symbolic of his realisation that he wasn't thinking straight.
Example dream : A dream in which the dreamer is getting confused during a difficult exam took place as the dreamer was suffering ill health. He was suffering chronic hay fever and it was affecting his vision. The confusion was a symbol for this ill health and linked to feelings like "I cannot work at a fast pace or I get confused. My hay fever is causing me major problems."
Example dream : A confused feel to a dream linked to the dreamers bad health. His failing eyesight and continual pain was preventing him from enjoying life - he seemed in more of a confused haze.
Example dream : A dream which is very confused reflected the dreamers own real life. He was suffering mental illness and his paranoia was overtaking him. The confusion in the dream symbolised his own confused perception - he was losing touch with reality. He was watching a TV drama in medieval times and was starting to live out the storylines as if they were real.
