DREAM DICTIONARY - Complain :

A complaint may simply suggest you feel badly treated in some way. Did you feel reason to complain yesterday?

Dreams make associations. Think of anything that comes to mind when you read through the list of word associations above. Dreams will especially link to recent thoughts and moods. If you can think of a way in which you might use one of these words then the dream may just capture that exact thought.

For instance, a "complain" dream could link to the word "frustrated" and the dream capture a thought like "We have all been so frustrated. No one is saying anything but I know everyone is annoyed".

EXAMPLE DREAMS

Example dream : A complaint in a dream occurred the day after the dreamer felt very frustrated at how long he had to wait in a Government office. He felt something was definitely wrong with the system. (symbolism - he felt he had something to complain about the day before)
Example dream : Complaining in a dream linked to the dreamer thinking about his own personality and his tendency to complain. He was now becoming a grumpy old man unable to accept his growing infirmity.
Example dream : A dream about complaining about cancer took place the day after the dreamer's chronic foot pain had flared up again. He obviously had reason to complain about his fate.
Example dream : In one dream the dreamer is complaining about an impossible schedule. In real life his health was worsening and he kept telling people he could not cope with high work loads, he was becoming "a moaner" constantly saying how he could not cope due to his failing health. Yet he felt that his complaints were not being listened too and people still expected him to do too much.
Example dream : In one dream the dreamer is being reminded of all the mistakes he has made and how he keeps messing up. In real life he had been ill for what seemed like forever. His mood was very negative. The dream seems to capture this feeling "I cannot seem to escape this illness. All I can think of is negativity. All this is making me feel depressed about myself and low in confidence."
