Try to think of ways in which you might use the word "apparent". It could suggest that someone is waiting for your response. Someone has said something or done something and now you need to respond. Your mind is pondering on what to do.

Most dreams will translate into thoughts which you are all too familiar with. For instance, an "apparent" dream could link to the words "she feels that..."
